In-person and Online Counselling and Psychotherapy in Basingstoke, Hampshire
Therapy is a space to feel seen, understood and supported; a place to explore your past, present and future, helping you make sense of your experiences and reconnect with your true self.
As Shakespeare once wrote:
"There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so."
Together we'll work to untangle unhelpful patterns, explore new perspectives and navigate the challenges that life throws your way.
Hi, I'm Gen...
I believe therapy should feel like a real, human conversation; grounded, authentic and kind.
I'm a qualified National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) registered counsellor based in Basingstoke offering in-person and online therapy, with experience and certification in working with neurodiversity, trauma, and couples & relationships. I offer a space to explore your story and make sense of what's been hard.
My approach is curious, reflective and compassionate, helping you find clarity and connection in parts of life that feel tangled or overwhelming.
