About Me

I’m an NCPS registered counsellor providing face-to-face and online therapy to individuals, and couples in Hampshire.

With an integrative and adaptive approach with core training in  Transactional Analysis (TA) along with knowledge and expertise from my degree in Social Psychology I have over a decade of experience in understanding human behaviour, identity and the ways we make sense of our lives.

My practice is neuro-inclusive and trauma-informed, with particular experience supporting neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD and autism), emergency service and blue light personnel affected by critical incidents, women navigating menstrual and hormonal health, and parents managing the emotional and relational demands of family life — alongside work with identity shifts, relationship challenges and living with visible differences such as burns or scarring.

My style is authentic, steady and reflective. I offer a confidential and compassionate space where you can explore what’s happening for you with curiosity and at a pace that feels right.

Alongside my therapy practice, I deliver training for counsellors around inclusive and neuro-affirming practice, and I also work with organisations to strengthen wellbeing, suicide awareness, inclusive leadership and healthy team cultures — experience that has enriched my approach to therapy.

Key areas of expertise

Alongside supporting a wide range of emotional and relational concerns, there are certain areas where I bring particular depth of experience and understanding. These are shaped by my professional training, lived experience within organisations, and the clients I work with most often.

Neurodivergence

Specialist experience supporting neurodivergent individuals — with particular insight into the experiences of women navigating ADHD, autism, masking, burnout and identity.

Womens Menstrual Health

Support around the emotional, relational and identity impacts of menstrual health, hormonal change, and cycle-related wellbeing.

Emergency service personnel

Trauma-informed support for fire, police and other blue light professionals navigating critical incidents, workplace culture and high-pressure environments.

Parenting & Neurodiverse Families

Experience supporting parents  including those raising neurodivergent children, to navigate emotional load, identity shifts and family dynamics with greater clarity and confidence.

My therapy room

Coming to therapy for the first time can feel a little worrying so here are a few pictures of my  therapy space to help you familiarise yourself before you come to your first session. You may notice my cheeky dog Reggie and cat Binx, they will be in a different part of my house unless you want them to be in the room for therapeutic support.
